I was able to use Own Up to find a mortgage lender that otherwise would not have been on my radar. They were able to find me a rate that could not be matched by the several other lenders I worked with. It’s great to get the extra access to lenders and the expertise that Own Up can offer with answers to your questions when you are going through the process for the first time.

My husband and I used Own Up for our recent home purchase and could not believe the rate that we got! From start to finish, working with Jenn made the whole process a breeze - she was super knowledgeable, provided us with great options, and was so patient as we thought through our options. Her shopping got us a rate our local bank couldn't even believe we got! If you want to make sure you get the best rate, you need to use Own Up!

I was extremely impressed with Brenna, my home advisor, at Own Up, who worked with me to identify the best possible rate for me when I was looking ot move pretty quickly on a home. Compared to the rates shown on other sites, Brenna was able to get me a rate that was .75 lower!

I shopped my mortgage rates at my bank I had been at for 15 years, a few local credit unions, and a few others that had been referred by my friends/family. Own Up had far by the best rate .125% and a few thousand lower on closing costs. They were also able to do a longer lock 90 days as the rates were increasing. We were very happy with the communication from our home advisor and the lender we chose. I've already recommended friends and family that are looking for homes.

Own Up did the shopping for me and made the process so easy! The home advisor I worked with went through the options with me so I understood what was the best option for me. They were patient, readily available, and very knowledgeable. I got a great rate and closed on my loan quickly. I'd recommend Own Up to anyone looking for a mortgage. It's a no brainer- get expert advice, get a great rate and know that you have someone there during the entire loan process to help answer any questions

I thought I knew everything, I've gone through the home buying process three times but going through Own Up was an eye opening experience. There were still things I didn't know and would've never known if I didn't go through Own Up because all of the loan officers I've spoken to before didn't benefit for telling me this information. They easily beat the broker I've worked with over the last 7 years and I wonder if I cost myself in my past mortgages. I wasn't familiar with all of the lenders on their network, but it didn't matter because the process wasn't very different and their money is as good as any other broker or bank. One cool feature is their preapproval letter, you can get approved for a higher amount, but if you get an offer accepted at a lower amount, you can change it without the need to talk to anyone. If you DON'T want to SAVE money, keep scrolling. If not, you can thank me later.

We refinanced our home through Own Up in 2020 to lock in a low rate then realized that we needed to buy a new home with a new child on the way. We of course went back to Own Up. However for our new home the best option was to go with a local Bank, our Own Up home advisor helped us to understand what to look for in a lender and vetted the lender we found even though we didn't go with Own Up.

3 x Own Up customer here. Purchase and refinance of my primary home and purchase of an investment property in another state. Each instance was unique in terms of the product and lenders that I matched with but in all 3 instances I’m certain I got a deal I wouldn’t have been able to secure on my own. Own Up knows mortgages and they partner with lenders who also seem to know what they’re doing. Once I was matched with the best lender for my scenario I didn’t engage too much with Own Up but they did check in periodically to make sure I was taken care of and offer their assistance. Highly recommend!

Using Own Up was a pressure free shopping experience that took the hard work out of searching for the best rates in my area.
